These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of innerboardos.com and InnerBoard OS courses, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service unless your organization has approved access for you and you are legally able to agree to these Terms.
2) Accounts and access
You may need an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being misused or compromised.
3) Organizational purchases and seat access
If your access is provided through an organization (“Organization”):
The Organization is the customer and pays for seats.
Seat access is assigned to specific individuals via login/email and is not transferable between users unless we explicitly allow it in writing.
Organizations may receive reporting on adoption and completion (start/progress/completion and aggregate metrics). See the Privacy Policy for details.
4) Subscription term, renewal, and billing
Seats are sold annual-only unless otherwise stated in a written order form.
Charges are billed in advance.
Unless your order form says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically each year. We may provide renewal notices (example: 60 and 30 days).
If payment fails and isn’t corrected, access may be suspended.
5) Refunds and cancellations
Unless your order form states different terms:
Fees are non-refundable once access is provisioned.
If an Organization cancels renewal, access continues until the end of the then-current term.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Share logins, resell access, or provide the Service to unauthorized users
Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract materials except as allowed by law
Upload malware, interfere with the Service, or attempt unauthorized access
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or violate others’ rights We can suspend or terminate access for violations.
7) Intellectual property and license
The Service and all content (text, video, audio, frameworks, downloads, trademarks, and course structure) are owned by Be Love, LLC or its licensors and protected by law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for internal purposes during your active term.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Service content without written permission.
8) Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
9) Disclaimers
InnerBoard OS provides educational content and tools for self-leadership and performance under pressure. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not therapy. You are responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes.
10) No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including your application and context.
11) Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party tools (hosting, analytics, payment processing, course delivery). We’re not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12) Service availability and changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service. We’ll try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially impact access.
13) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
Sections that should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, etc.) will survive.
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
The Service is provided “as is.”
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you (or your Organization) paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Iowa state or federal courts unless your order form requires arbitration.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
