Provide and operate the Service (account access, course delivery, support)

Process payments (for purchasers)

Provide reporting to Organizations (see Section 4)

Your Organization (as described below) if access is organization-provided

4) Organization reporting and admin access

If your Organization provides your access:

We may share adoption and completion reporting with Organization administrators.

Reporting may include your name/email, start date, progress status, completion status, and aggregated metrics.

Your Organization may also have the ability to manage seats and user access.

Your Organization’s internal policies may also govern how they use information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, parts of the Service may not function properly.

If your account is provisioned through an Organization, retention may also follow contractual terms with that Organization.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

9) Marketing communications


If we send marketing emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link. Administrative/service emails (billing, security, access) may still be sent.

10) Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (and in some jurisdictions, under 16). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.
